You will need the Title Register to obtain the name and contact details of a land owner. Optionally, consider adding the Title Plan to your order for a significant discount. The Title Plan shows the boundaries of the property. Our interactive Map Search system allows you to select the area of land on the map.
If you don’t know the postal address of the property or land that your order relates to, simply drop a pin on the map below at the desired location and we will identify the registered titles affected.
Please note: We will obtain the title documents for the area directly under the pin. Please check the pin is where required before pressing submit. The ‘address’ stated in the address field is for your guidance only and is approximate; we will always work from the exact pin location.
The Title Register shows key property and ownership details such as property description, owner information, rights, restrictions, covenants and mortgages/charges. It also provides key legal information such as tenure (freehold/leasehold) and title guarantee status.
We can provide Official Copies (OC1) of the Title Register by email within the hour. Official Copies are admissible in court, accepted by all Government agencies and act as irrefutable proof of ownership.
The Title Plan shows the location of the registered property and the general boundaries of ownership (usually coloured red). Some title plans will also show other information referred to in the Title Register such as rights of way, utilities equipment positions or areas affected by restricted covenants.
